Using the Park

Please only use the park during your booked time slot
Appointments are 25 or 55 minutes long, please leave the car park by the end of your slot to allow for safe, stress-free changeovers — perfect for reactive or nervous dogs. -
Early or late?
If you arrive early, please wait on the main driveway on the left-hand side. Do not enter the dog park car park. Late arrivals can still use the park, but sessions will end at the originally booked time. -
Drive carefully when approaching the park
Our driveway is shared and rural, so please go slow and keep an eye out for other visitors or animals. -
Keep dogs on-lead until safely inside
Dogs must remain on a lead until the car park gate is closed and locked. -
No smoking policy
Due to the natural woodland environment and risk of fire, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on-site. -
Visitors are welcome!
Friends and family can join you, but please ensure you book for the correct number of dogs and remember we allow a maximum of 3 cars. Children are welcome under adult supervision, but please don’t let them climb on the equipment, trees, or fences. -
Dogs must never be left unattended
Please stay with your dog at all times during your session. -
Please clean up after your dog.
Poo bags are available near the entrance gate, and dog waste bins are located near the car park, in the paddock and woodland area. Let’s keep the park clean and safe for everyone! -
Facilities on-site
We do not have toilets or human drinking water, but there is fresh drinking water for dogs in the near the carpark. -
Don’t be a litter bug!
We ask that all rubbish is placed in the general waste bin provided. -
Kindness is key
Harsh handling or mistreatment of dogs is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban. -
Using the agility equipment
Only use the equipment if your dog is fit and able to do so and if weather conditions allow safe use. -
Rescheduling and cancellations
You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the start of your slot, please WhatsApp or text 07904968881 with your preferred slot. In the case of extreme weather conditions (e.g. heat, snow, ice, or high winds) we allow rescheduling up to the start of your slot. We do not allow cancellations due to the card processing fees we incur. -
Natural terrain notice
The park is a natural space, with uneven ground, trees, shrubs, and woodland features. We carry out regular safety checks, but please be careful. During wetter months, conditions may be muddy — sturdy/waterproof footwear is recommended. -
Conditions for the use of the Dog Park with BSL banned breeds (e.g., XL Bully-type dogs)
To ensure safety and legal compliance, the following conditions must be met when bringing a banned breed to our dog park:
Registration: The dog must be registered with the Index of Exempted Dogs (IED). A copy of the Life Certificate must be obtained and made available to us if required.
Public Liability Insurance: A valid copy of the dog’s public liability insurance certificate must be obtained and provided to us if required.
Handler Ratio: There must be a 1:1 handler-to-dog ratio at all times, unless all dogs present are from the same household.
Neutering: The dog must be neutered in accordance with current Government regulations.
Microchipping: The dog must be microchipped.
Entering the Field: The dog must remain on a lead and wear a muzzle until the entrance gate is securely closed behind you.
Inside the Field: Once the gate is shut, the lead and muzzle may be removed only if all dogs present are from the same household.
Exiting the Field: The dog must be placed back on a lead and muzzled before the gate is opened to leave the field.
Multiple Dogs from the Same Household: Dogs from the same household may attend together with a minimum of one handler. Once inside the secure field, leads and muzzles may be removed for all dogs, including banned breeds.
​​Dogs from Different Households: If dogs from different households are present, banned breeds must remain muzzled and on a lead at all times, with a 1:1 handler.
